Designed by Clark Architecture and Design out of Georgetown, we started with a blank shell to build our new tenant space. In 6 weeks, we built this 3000 square foot office. To help keep to the desired budget, we worked to value engineer the space to bring the overall cost down, while still maintaining the design aspects that make this office so special. We found cost effective alternate material, as well as re doing some of the mechanical and electrical layouts. After some hard work re engineering of the space, we were able to drop the overall budget by $17 a foot.
We worked hand and hand with both the tenant, the building, and the architect, making sure that the construction was not disruptive and kept with the desired design.
The pictures below show our work in progress as well as the finished product. This was a great project for us and we hope you enjoy our photos!
